How much would it cost us to use your parking management services?

FREE, Nothing at all! We provide parking management services to our clients free of charge (subject to site survey).

Are your services suitable for small and large parking areas?

Yes. Any parking area is suitable as long as you manage, lease or own the freehold. If No matter if you have 1 or 10,000 spaces, you can use our services.

Are your services available nationwide?

Yes, our service is fully nationwide and available in all areas of the UK.

Will we get reports/statistics on how our car park is performing?

You will have access to the client portal via our website, using your own unique secure login which will enable you to review and monitor your parking statistics.

Can we cancel parking charges?

Yes. If we've ticketed a legitimate user in error, just let us know and we’ll cancel it immediately. You’re in total control at all times.

Who will provide the signs for our car park?

We'll supply and professionally install all signage, clearly displaying our terms and conditions.

If we want to try out your services, what’s your minimum term contract?

We provide, for the majority of our services, a peace of mind 28 day cancellation option.

Are you recognised by any official bodies?

Yes, we're approved by the International Parking Community. We also belong to the Safe contractor scheme and are ISO 9001 and ISO 27001 certified.

Can you provide parking permits?

Yes certainly, we'll provide you with CPM branded parking permits to issue to all genuine users, residents, staff or visitors.

What about any contractors we want to visit our site?

Again, we can issue you with permits or keep an up-to-date list contractors to your site.

Are you covered by insurance?

Yes. We have public liability insurance worth £10,000,000, employer's liability insurance also worth £10,000,000.

Is the data you hold safe?

Yes. We're registered under the Data Protection Act.

How are you able to request vehicle keeper details from the DVLA?

The DVLA require all parking operators who wish to access their data to belong to an Accredited Trade Association (ATA). We are members of the BPA's Approved Operator Scheme which is an ATA that the DVLA recognise, and as such we have an electronic link to the DVLA. As part of their various compliance processes we are routinely audited by both the BPA and the DVLA.

Do you use an approved debt recovery agency?

Yes, we only work with agencies who are AOS approved and fully accredited.

Do you pursue unpaid parking tickets?

Yes, we will rigorously pursue all outstanding parking tickets. Unlike other companies who charge for their service, our interest is wholly in getting the parking ticket paid. Self Ticketing UK is a free service, we incur costs setting up each account and therefore we must recover all unpaid PCNs to ensure each account is financially viable.

Is the Parking Charges you issue legally enforceable?

Yes, and we often take people to court who refuse to pay and the courts enforce the charge. UK Car Park Management has an excellent track record for enforcing unpaid parking charges via the courts. We take photographs of the vehicles so these can be used later in court to show the vehicle was parked in the said location and the car park terms and conditions clearly visible.

Who deals with disputes and appeals from offenders?

Our appeals department will deal with all enquiries and representations about parking charge notices. We will only cancel a ticket on your instructions.

Can you provide references?

Yes. We can provide you with details of clients in your business sector who can give you any relevant reference information including testimonials.
